What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-12 month leases.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposit is dependent on credit and is refundable at move-out unless there are any amounts owed or damages incurred.
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Thunderbird provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
Are utilities included?
No, water, sewer, trash, gas and electric are all separate.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
24/7
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
8AM - 10PM
What are the hours of the laundry facility?

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, our apartments are internet/cable ready through Cox.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking inside unit. Smoking is allowed on the property.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, Rise Thunderbird is a pet-friendly community. Enjoy our dog park and walking paths!
What is the parking situation?
We have reserved covered parking for $25 a month, all uncovered parking is first come-first serve.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located 18.8 miles from Rise Thunderbird.

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
